  2. Wow, somebody checked on Carrow chat! Bri's husband Michael heard that a group was trying to attract interest in forming a regular curling league, and invited me to come with him to check it out and play few games. I got to do the sweep thing several times also.

    It was fun, but yes, getting down in to the crouch while on ice does stretch the old hamstrings. We all fell some, but no injuries. The skilled players don't use or need the "hand crutch", but they were nice enough to make one for us newbies.
