Cooked up a sample of one of the bean varieties from Seed Savers.

They preserve and pass down heritage or heirloom vegetable varieties to maintain tradition and genetic diversity. Also, the heirlooms just taste better. Anyway, we will be planting some heirloom seeeds in Wisconsin, so we ordered a sample packet to see what we liked. This particular variety claimed to be gasless. I conclude that they sent the wrong beans.
So, today's question, what sets you off? Patsy claims ANYTHING sets me off, but most of the time water does not.

ReplyDeleteCauliflower. Just cauliflower. Well, broccoli of course, but who isn't? Oh wait, that reminds me. Cabbage too. And budda beans. Well, there's wheat products, but that shouldn't count. Neither should the gastric distress I only OCCASIONALLY get from Brussels sprouts but I stopped eating them so it's a moot point. So just cauliflower. Really.
